It's a parents pride to know that our kid have this "sympathy" to the misfortunes of people in other places.
Hope the prayer is a regular habit (not only during calamity) so a kid develop a "sense of spirituality" by being kind and compassionate to all people regardlesss of race, gender, culture and status in life.
You are such a wonderful kid Gerarld! We love you! Hope you grow up to be "a man of substance" like your Dad.
