PAMPANGA 60K ULTRAMARATHON

RULES AND REGULATIONS

A. . Claiming of Racebib is from 6PM-10PM..(NO WAIVER.. NO RUN). Gun start will start exactly at 12MN.
B. NO Head Lamp, Reflector Vest.NO RUN.
C. Race Bib must be worn and visible at all times.
D. Runner has an option to bring along a support crew or declare himself as "SELF SUPPORTING"
E. Support Vehicle / Crew is allowed however must be registered and must put a tarpaulin on the vehicle declaring "CAUTION RUNNERS ON THE ROAD" (to be provided by the runner)
And must meet this below requirements:
- Only four-wheel vehicle is allowed
- Support crew must detail the name/s of each support vehicle as well the plate number must list down and send to the RACE DIRECTOR'S email address Jaynermanalang@yahoo.com or write down in your waiver for reference.
- Runners are not allowed to get inside of the support vehicle.
- Support vehicle at least 1 kilometer ahead of the runner. Leap Frog.
- Support vehicle/crew must be parked on the opposite side of the road and always put into "HAZARD ON"
- Runners must not be shadowed by the support vehicle
- For 2-Man Relay: Support vehicle is a must to transport the 2nd runner to KM30.
F. Runners must follow the race route and those that will be caught taking a shortcut will be DISQUALIFIED.
G. No cups will be available at the water station. Please be a reminder that this is an eco-friendly event.
H. Please bring with you your hydration bottle for refill at the water aid station
I. Cut off time is 12 hours.
- DNF/DNS will not receive Medal, Trophy and Finisher Shirt.
- BEYOND CUT-OFF TIME will not receive Medal. Trophy and Finisher Shirt will be given.

K. For 2-Man Relay: 2nd runner must check in @ Km30.
L. Safety is our concern. Just text or call the emergency contact number printed in your race bib for our immediate action. 0915-202-3092.
M. The RACE DIRECTOR reserves the right of each participant to modify the rules and regulations for the safety of runners.
N. Winners are: Top 3 Male and Female Solo Category.
Only one champion in 2-man Relay whether all men, female or mixed will be awarded.
O. Written protest should be made within an hour after the cut off time in complaint of cheating and violation of the rules. With the corresponding protest fee.
P. The RACE DIRECTOR decision is FINAL and IRREVOCABLE.....
